Extremely helpful and cheerful hotel stuff, 0-24hour reception, even a tremendiusly tasty welcome wine. The location is quiet but still very easy to reach the city center, not to mention the beautifel sidelake, and of course the wineary right next to it! Food service are extraordinary as well, top quality. Spa section is almost perfect. And Bernardo is the best captain of the bar ;)

Everything was perfect - kind and helpful staff, beautiful inner garden and SPA area. Room was very clean and comfortable. There was also some welcoming surprises in the room (sweets and portwine), which just made my day! Will definitely return here again!

Amazing stay at the boutique hotel in Porto. The hotel is impeccably designed with great facilities, 10/10 views and is in a good location to explore Porto. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating and will definitely be returning next time I am in Porto.

Breakfast was fantastic and breakfast staff could not be nicer. All the staff were very friendly including reception staff and bar staff. They were also very helpful giving us advice on places to go. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was one of the best we have had in a hotel.

    nice room and bathroom, two sinks, big walk in shower, separate toilet. Location is okay in quiter area of Porto but not too far from the centre. Spa facilities are great, very relaxing. Amazing cheeseboard in the cafe.
