Staff were super helpful, suggesting best places to visit and to eat at. The environment of the hotel is so calming, you forget you're in the middle of a city. The room was perfect, spacious, and they provided us with everything we could need for our daughter, a high chair, cot, changing mat and even a baby bath. Everyone was so nice to her and accommodating. The heated pool was lovely to enjoy. Really such a luxurious stay and will definitely be staying here again, when we come to Porto. Metro is just round the corner but it is also walking distance to almost all attractions. Just a 25 mins walk to the river side and 15 mins walk to the famous bridge. Plenty of restaurants around as well.

Excellent location close to all the main attractions. Spotlessly clean, large comfortable room, good value for money for city centre. Helpful, friendly staff made this stay an absolute pleasure. we did not try breakfast at the hotel preferring to try the local eateries. Car parking at a discounted rate close by.
