Everything is perfect. From location, food to service. It’s so heavenly watching sunset and sunrise everyday. Feels like paradise from the balcony. Plus they will give you snorkeling gear to go down to the beach. It’s actually amazing to find hidden gem in a place like this. I love it. And I’ll definitely comeback. Great location and great staff. Has bikes for rent and the owner knows all the good spots! The food is also very good and the coffee was solid! Can swim directly outside the room and enjoy the ocean sounds at night.

A really nice hotel just outside the centre of Dumaguete. A trike gets you to the centre in 5-10 mins for 20 pesos. The staff are all so friendly and helpful and the rooms are of a very standard. Recommended.

Location was unique with 270 degrees sea view from the balcony. Extremely easy access to sea and snorkelling. Beware the currents though. View from the pool was similarly beautiful. The house had the "extra touch" that we liked! The host provided us with the most important links to all the sights in the region, very useful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. The location is perfect, with stunning and breathtaking views of the sea. The villa is large and spacious—a true haven of peace combining luxury, modern comfort, and authentic charm. We loved enjoying the many nearby activities: turtles come right in front of the house every day, the diving trip with the whale sharks in Oslob is less than 10 minutes away (they offer the trip in a beautiful Jeepney), the magical waterfalls, and the boat trips to the sandbar at Sumilon. A big thank you to Teza for this unforgettable experience. We will definitely return and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an exceptional stay in Cebu!
