We truly enjoyed our stay at the Shangri-La hotel in Boracay. Everything about the staff , the facilities, the service was great and enjoyable. The place is huge and everything can be done without ever going out on the island. the hotel also provides van transfer service, which allows to go visit the island and the town center very easily. Inside the resort, we felt very secured and everything was done for us to feel the most comfortable as possible the food was delicious, the breakfast is very rich and diverse to please every taste. The swimming pools are superb, with sea view to relax in the best environment.

A hidden gem on paradise. It is not like your fancy over the moon type hotel, but they are over the moon when it comes to service. It is a new place, and they are not perfect, but one thing we can all agree on was the exceptional service and care that we received from all the staff.     Area is quiet. Lovely view from the balcony. Water in the beach area is calmer. Staff are really nice. We came during the typhoon, enjoyed being indoors (very family feel) as it is very spacious, fast internet (not so in the rooms/ toilet), cable channels and having a jacuzzi was relaxing.
