The B&B is situated in a quite neighbourhood with a stunningly beautiful garden. We felt very welcomed by the host Anne and enjoyed our beautiful room and the private bathroom. The Breakfast Anne served was delicious. Would definitely stay here again. Highlight: hand feeding the Akpakas!

Absolutely beautiful set up, very private and so comfortable inside. Anne the host was so friendly and welcoming and cooked a lovely breakfast in the morning. Amazing stay and will definitely be returning, can't fault a thing

This was truly and sincerely the best stay we had in all of New Zealand. We arrived late in the evening and Michele greeted us and ensured we had everything - and we really had everything. Breakfast was glorious to enjoy in the garden and a hot bath under the stars is unforgettable. Michele and Neil are both lovely people!! I ended up so inspired by the cottage I threw together a quick watercolor painting of it!

    Delightfully peaceful location. The accomodation is very comfortable and guest’s warmly welcomed by host. The self service breakfast in the shared Lounge/ dining area was generous and plenty of choice . Spacious bedroom with large modern ensuite. The local amenities near by included a small supermarket, “The Boundary” bar/restaurant and an EV charging station .

    Friendly welcome to both us and our dog . Very comfortable bed room and ensuite with little thoughtful extras . Good to have a spacious lounge/ dining area where we could enjoy the generous self service breakfast.

    Lovely host, very clean, great location - close to Hamilton and state highway, also other tourist locations like Waitomo caves, Hobbiton etc. Quiet location, lots of space inside and outside. Wished we stayed longer so we could have had time for sauna on balcony and simply relax in the beautiful garden! Also Hamilton was much nicer than expected, so will definitely stay longer next time than just a stopover !!
