Everything since our arrival was short of perfect, from the service during check-in to the buggy service from the room when checking-out. Our villa was beautiful, absolutely spotless and clean. Love the welcome slide on our tv and the chocolate truffles / pralines on the table when we entered our villa, the spacious bathroom, the (overly) smart toilet seat etc. The overall vibe of the villa made us feel like we were in a resort overseas.

The location, facilities and room were excellent. The service we received was impressive. The location was great - close to local stores, Paradigm Mall and other amenities. It was also close enough to most KL sites. Really enjoyed our time at the property and in fact after our 12 days stay there, we returned for a single night towards the end of our month long stay in Malaysia. Would highly recommend this property to all. Thanks
