Don't know where to start; simply magical experience from start to end. It was all the innovative, quirky little touches for me! From the luxurious breakfast with a champagne corner and unique options like ochazuke, to the many interesting caves you can explore and chill at, to the stuffed tigers placed around the resort to "scare" the monkeys away, to the many delicious offerings like whole pomelos to chocolates to the thoughtfulness of the staff... and so on and so on! We really didn't want to leave, and we truly rested SO WELL here. Oh, and when I made reservations at Jeff's Cellar (the on-site restaurant IN A CAVE) and let them know it was my friend's birthday, the staff not only celebrated it at the restaurant but decorated our room as well! The fine dining experience is not to be missed too, by the way. Though both the stay and the dinner were not cheap, they were truly worth every penny!

It was, in a word, awesome! The view was amazing; I've made a picture of the mountains there my wallpaper. We also had a bird's eye view of the theme park below, so we could plan our visit ahead. The facilities were top-notch; the house was complete and lacked nothing. My wife was ecstatic to find there was an ironing board and vacuum. Also, it was very convenient to have washing machine and clothes' hanger when staying next to a water park. A dream come true, she said. The suite was clean, well-kept and in good condition. Definitely made it a memorable stay for us. Even the host was amiable, he even offered to post a pair of sunglasses we accidentally left behind charge-free. Overall, this place definitely deserves its glowing review.

The location was perfect easy to get anywhere we wanted to in Ipoh. The property itself was really clean, the balcony was small but perfect for a morning read and the host was very easy to communicate with. The kids loved the pool area and used it everyday. Also the beds were so comfortable even though my big boys had to share they still had enough space.

It is very spacious for people to gather, and the extra tables and chairs given made it even more comfortable for us to have makan makan. Ample of space for car park also. Quiet neighbourhood and kids had a great time in the pool. Only 1 room on the 1st floor. All other 5 rooms were on the ground floor. So it's convenient for elderly people..

    Beautiful mountains view with a lake that reflects the mountains. I took the biggest unit(i believe), which could accommodate 5 to 6 family members. Rooms are kept clean and spacious. The swimming pool itself is an added advantage for those with kids and view lovers. They do have some jacuzzi sort of rest chairs inside the pool, giving you a good relaxing massage. Not so far from attractive places for food or visits. Fantastic experience overall.

    Fast check-in process even though there was a line during my check-in. Nice and modern room decor. Got kiblat direction and all tv channels are functioning (even quite limited). Nice toilet with bathtub. Most comfortable bed. Bonus- they have lounge space for those who stay in the concept room (level 12) and the lobby entrance to Ipoh Parade- shopping!!!!
