I like everything about this villa.. Everything is top notch. 1-The villa is super beautiful and clean. Super duper comfortable. 2-The amenities is complete with free WiFi, Netflix, stove, cutlery, water dispenser, washing machine, water heater, refrigerator, dining table for 6. 3-It's easy to get a Grab. 4-There's a jacuzzi pool in the house. We enjoyed the pool until 1am in the morning. 5-Foodpanda is also available at 3am in the morning. 6-The surrounding is quiet and peaceful 7-There a coffee table on the rooftop for you to enjoy your tea. Unfortunately, it's raining during my stay. 8-It's self check in and the instructions given were very clear. Surely, we will come again if we come to Penang.

    Location was great and the staff were helpful, very willing to help us if we needed it. The hotel was pretty clean, happy to stay there but could have been a bit cleaner. There was a lift and the jacuzzi bath was a nice addition.

    The hotel feels like you are in a little luxurious yet welcoming lobby, soft carpet flooring, and beautiful dimming atmosphere. I stayed here over Thaipusam week in a Deluxe room, which is perfect for a couple with its king sized clean bed, nice pillows, spacious seating area and private bathroom. It was truly an escape from the hustle and bustle of KL, and it was such a relaxing experience enjoyed access to shopping malls and hawker delights while enjoying a quieter stay in the heart of George town.

    We had the deluxe top floor room. It is actually a suite of living room, bedroom with huge bed, and bathroom with roomy shower and jacuzzi bath. 2 balconies, one quiet facing the garden with fan, the other larger facing town. The location was very good for walking the usual old town places, very easy to reach restaurants and bars. Furnishing in old Chinese style, very quaint. Rooms spacious, quiet, fans or A/C. Bed very comfy, shower good. Staff very helpful. Massage available on site (extra).
