Super kind staff, relax swimming pool, fine location slightly out of the center but close to everything. i would 100% recommend staying at The Palmery. we stayed here 1 month and didn’t had a single bad experience. The laundry service is great too, and the cleaning service is always working with a big smile, open to personal conversations (just like the other staff) and always kind & very helpful. I won’t think twice but book here again if I return to Cambodia & I even recommended this to a friend. Not something I do other, only if a place is 10 out of 10!

It was my first experience in Cambodia. There was free trasportation from airport to the hotel. When i was arrived to airport there was a positive lady who was waiting us to transfer to hotel. She was amazing person with positive vibes to makes you to feel too comfortable and to forget that you are tired. About the room was big and clean with a big balcony. The stuff was very helpful. They order us delivery fast food because this time the kitchen of the hotel was closed.

Thank you for these amazing 3 nights in Siem Reap from where we visited all the temples. Specially we want to say a big thank you to our driver, Mr. Bunheng. He helped me, as a person in wheelchair, so much and he has a big heart! So grateful, thank you Mr. Bunheng. But also the whole staff from the hotel was very friendly and helped a lot.
