Everything was amazing. Paid a little extra for an ocean view room and it did not disappoint. Beds were comfy, breakfast had a variety of choices, the staff were impeccable and room service did not disappoint.

We loved everything! We were 3 adults and 1 teenager (he slept in the tatami-room). Everything you need is available in the apartment and it´s situated a few minutes from the Kameido trainstation (east entrance) and you have conveniance-stores very close by, for example 7eleven, Family Mart and Lawson. There are also a couple of shoppingmalls, a lot of restaurants and cafes in every corner almost. We especially appreciated the 2 bathrooms, the 2 showers, the big kitchentable with the supercomfortable chairs around it and the very comfortable firm beds.

The place is close to the train station, 7-11 and Mcdonald's for our morning coffee, the owner sent us links to his favorite restaurants in walking distance through whatsapp, and I had a problem booking our next hotel, the owner did it on his phone for us and gave the hotel his phone number directy so if there was a problem he could help as we are Canadians and speak little Japanese, this level of service was absolutely amazing, price was great

Amazing place, so clean and we had a very comfortable stay. The ladies were so friendly and made our stay perfect. The facilities are great and the train station is a couple minute walk away, where you can get to all over. Highly recommend :)

Due to a Typhoon, our travel plans changed and booked NiHITARU the day prior. The staff at the Spa did their best to help us on arrival and store our luggage. The apartment was immaculate, spacious and well fitted with convenient items. It is a 2-minute walk to the station. We enjoyed sating out of the tourist area and there were plenty of food options.
