The quadruple room with private onsen was amazing, the decor is very calming, and we really enjoyed the outdoor onsen experience. Everything was great. I found the bed comfortable however my partner not as much so I guess it can vary. The coffee in the room was good and the soft drink, beer and cookies were a nice touch.

This is a very large property with lots of space for a family. It’s Japanese style but there are also western style beds if you prefer. The owner is very kind and left many snacks and food for us to enjoy. She is an excellent communicator. The location is perfect - right next to Nara station

everything! check in was so smooth! got a free room upgrade to universal room when they saw my aunt on wheelchair. super convenient room with railing and great space for wheelchair! our second room was super good too! clean bedsheets and toilets! everything was snow white! definitely will be back if we have the chance to! good location, they have link bridge to keihan and jr lines in less than 5 min, super convenient for wheelchair.
