Really clean and nice hotel. We slept really well, and despite reviews suggesting it would be noisy, we didn't hear a peep from other rooms. We went for our last night of honeymoon for a bit of a laugh, and were surprised by the quality of the room for such a low price. The jacuzzi bath was amazing!

Absolutely no complaints here, Tom and Kimiko, are amazing hosts, and their property is immaculate and so close to the station... definitely coming back on my next adventure.

Everything - cleanliness, friendly, hospitable, location, and hosts - very proactive. Even allow us to check in much earlier, lend us a mobile WiFi, and pick us up when we lost our way. The bathroom and toilet were very clean.. coffee was good. Easy to get from Narita airport and an express train to yokohama for our cruise. Best place we've stayed for our holidays!
