The Staff made the holiday wonderfully all very polite respectful etc, Greeted with parking lot boys then Mhammed the little man greeting us with his coffee, Abdulrahman was a great help and the nice ladies too on the reception. Then the Villas mohammed everyday made sure the Villas and the swimming pool are so clean unbelievable. Not forgetting the breakfast, Greta & mohammed our personal Cheif's for breakfast, no words can describe their attendance. Finally, the had working Jenny and I know the girls were a challenge for her but she always was there for them ....

Everything was wonderful, the view of the Red Sea from the room was stunning 😍 the food was delicious 😋 especially the Lebanese Restaurant👍 complementary mini bar with hot, soft drinks and fruits 😋 totally clean towels, and comfortable beds. Many water fun activities on the beach , calm atmosphere during the evening😍I would like to thank Miss Haya Moghrabi, who made our reservation and Miss Maryam, the lady in Red, who checked us to ensure our stay was great 👍 Thanks for all 🫶

The hotel is stunning, spotless, and beautifully located — but what made it truly unforgettable was the exceptional team. A heartfelt thank you to Sakher Naber, who stood out with his professionalism and kindness — truly wow! A special mention also goes to Mohammad Shelbayeh, the Front Office Manager, whose warm leadership was reflected in every detail of our stay. Aasem from the breakfast team brightened our mornings with excellent service, and Dana at reception was welcoming and helpful. The staff made us feel not just like guests, but truly cared for. Hotel is really clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The rooftop pool is a great place to relax. The breakfast is good and the staff are really friendly, especially Zain on reception who was very helpful. The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance of all local shops and restaurants.

I'll start with the amazing people there .. especially Mr. Ahmad haddad .. He's a wonderful person and he helped us so much with everything.. we had the best experience in this hotel and this is my favorite hotel in aqaba and even in Jordan .. We really appreciate everything they do to us .. The room was so clean .. the breakfast was so delicious with many many options. . And the pool was clean and fun. Thank you Mr. Ahmad and thanks for all of your colleagues.. hope we'll meet you again.

I booked a single bed room but was upgraded to a double bed room with a balcony with sea view was amazing, the beach and pools were clean and tidy. For open buffet breakfast there was plenty to choose from even for the most demanding guests. All of the staff were friendly and very helpful, from the security at the gate and front entrance to the receptionist and spa employees. The gym is excellent and my favorite was the rowing machine.

    Lovely hotel located in Tala Bay. Very quiet, clean, perfect for relaxation. They have a private beach, pool, jacuzzi, diving center, gym, spa, restaurant and a pool bar. From the pier you can go directly to the coral reef and watch the sea life while snorkelling. My room had a sea view, it was very spacious, modern and elegant. The variety of food may keep you in the dining room for half a day :D The staff is extremely nice, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend it!

    The house reef is beautiful for snorkeling. The hotel staff are friendly and exceptionally helpful. The food was good, but not excellent. Ala carte was a bit disappointing - overcooked seafood and pasta and not all items were served as described. The spa was not yet ready for use, as it is a new hotel, and the outdoor jacuzzi was never warm enough. Otherwise, the pool, grounds and facilities are wonderful. Good dive center on the premises.
