Everything about this hotel exudes class and elegance and all delivered with exceptionally professional, helpful and genuinely friendly staff. From start to finish we were made to feel truly welcome and valued. We relaxed by the beautiful pool overlooking the bay, enjoyed the delicious breakfast and enjoyed cocktail hour at the bar with lovely ambience and decor. The room was styled beautifully with classical modern elegance; easy to use, effective and cosy lighting; very comfortable bed and linen and a fall range of thoughtful amenities and extras such as a beach bag and daily stocked free (non alcohol) minibar. We also had an incredible culinary experience at the 4-table only fine dining restaurant BATU which is an experience not to be missed! This is a fully immersive experience in which every team member plays a key role to deliver something unique. Virginia at guest services went over and beyond to help organise transfers, specialist tours and dining experiences. The hotel is an easy 10 minute walk from the main drag, but the hotel organises transfers in case you don't feel like the walk. The hotel also organises beach club access for a minimum fee should you wish to have a day at the beach. We will be back for sure. Thank you for looking after us so well.

Last weekend, my family and I, including our two young children, had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious and exclusive hotel. From the moment we arrived, the hotel surpassed all our expectations. The interiors are stunningly designed, and our room was nothing short of fantastic. We were treated to breathtaking views that added a special touch of comfort and elegance to our stay. Each morning, we enjoyed delicious and varied breakfasts, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. In the evenings, we relaxed at the bar, savoring exquisite cocktails in a cozy atmosphere. The staff at the hotel were exceptionally pleasant and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Their attentiveness and professionalism made us feel right at home, ensuring that our stay was both comfortable and memorable. The hotel’s location is ideal, with all major attractions within walking distance, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the surrounding area. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa area, where we had a wonderful time splashing in the pool with our children and indulging in some relaxation. This trip was the fulfillment of my wife’s long-held dream to visit the hotel featured in the second season of the TV series “The White Lotus.” The reality truly surpassed our expectations, making it an unforgettable experience. We are already looking forward to our next visit to this remarkable hotel. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-notch service, exceptional comfort, and unforgettable experiences. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team for providing us with such a wonderful stay!

5 Stars – Perfect Stay in a Beautiful Space! We had an amazing stay and would absolutely return! The location couldn’t be better—right in the heart of everything, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk away, yet still peaceful and quiet. The decor was stylish and everything was spotless and well-maintained, clearly cared for with attention to detail. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responsive, making the whole experience easy and comfortable from check-in to check-out. They even gave us a few local recommendations that turned out to be great! One of the best parts was the private balcony—perfect for morning coffee or evening wine with a lovely view. Highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a cozy, centrally located getaway with all the right touches.
