The accommodation was easy to find, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with plenty of options. Parking was available right in front of the property. The room was large, spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated — a really comfortable stay! We would happily come back here anytime.

We loved our 5-day stay at the hotel! The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is a great choice of 3 various cushions for everyone's liking. Breakfast is served from 7:30 to 10:00, we recommend a fantastic freshly prepared omelette! The choice of food is ok, however, like almost everywhere in Italy, there is lack of fresh vegetebles except for slices of tomatoes :-(. The spa area comprises of 5 good saunas, two of them with a view to the mountains, and lots of space to rest on comfy beds afterwards. It is not allowed for children, which is really good, as you can rest in silence (only few guests did not respect this). We liked the outdoor pool with heated water and a marvellous mountain view! During the stay at the spa area (opened 2pm-8 pm) you have drinks (hot/cold water, blackcurrant juice, herbal tea and fruit tea) as well as fruit & nuts available. Bathrobes and (good quality) slippers are handed out at the reception for the whole stay. Fitness room is big and good, a number of machines, maybe not the newest ones but working. It would be great to have there paper towels to clean the machines after usage. A big advantage is a very well heated ski room with lots of handles for skiis and boots and benches to sit while changing the shoes. The hotel offers a possibility to keep your car in their own spacious garage for an extra cost of 8 EUR per day - a very good idea especially when it snows! The height of the garage is enough to get there even with a skiing box on a van. The hotel offers a free shuttle to the ski lifts, which - on another hand- saves you 8 EUR for the car park :-). In addition, we got free tickets for public transport for the time of our stay and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel!

This is a wonderful hotel, welcoming, comfortable and in a perfect location for a hiking holiday. The rooms are light, clean and spacious, the food is plentiful and delicious, and Lucas and his staff are attentive and helpful. We loved the swimming pool with its spectacular mountain views.     Everything was superb. The staff, the mini club for kids, the facilities. We got upgraded and enjoyed a much larger room with 2 bathrooms. Our son loved spending time with his peers after dinner. The staff was exceptional and bit shout out goes to Piera, at the spa who patiently helped our son getting a thorn out of his hand. Lovely stay, we wish we stayed longer

    I thoroughly enjoyed the location, which offered stunning views and convenient access to local attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home immediately. The restaurant exceeded my expectations with its delicious cuisine and attentive service. Additionally, the spa facilities were top-notch, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience that was even better than I had anticipated.

    A beautiful hotel in a stunning location. There's a very cozy feel to the place which I find very relaxing. The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good and dinner was excellent. As for the wellness area, the pool offers a breathtaking view of the Sassopiatto and Sassolungo mountains. There's a nice sized spa with the sauna/Turkish bath area and a relaxation room. My wife booked a massage and said it was great. All in all a fantastic stay.
