The apartment was newly renovated and super clean. Had white sheets and place was really comfortable with doors separating the dining area and the rooms. Owner left us some snacks and also plenty of toiletries!

Picturesque location! Everything at the property including amenities were superb! The staff were welcoming and very friendly. The room was a good size, with decent working air conditioning (for Italy) with a lovely view from our balcony. The pool area was just gorgeous and felt very private anywhere you choose to sit - with great views of the surroundings. The spa was very relaxing, and you will need to purchase a cap from reception to wear while using. The property is a very short (10mins max) and enjoyable walk to the gorgeous town of San Quirico d’Orcia. We stayed here for one night before a wedding in Montalcino, and only wished we could have stayed longer! It’s a convenient location to visit other towns in the area, plenty of parking on site. The breakfast had a large selection!

We spent 5 days in Albergo Posta Marcucci. It was fantastic time especially because of very kind and helpful staff. Starting from check-in until check-out we fill like in between good friends. The rooms are comfortable, and everything was as it should be. The pools are really very warm, and we feel relaxing in the bath and at the couches. The restaurant has excellent food as well at the breakfast and the dinner. I strongly recommend this Hotel not only to spend a time at the pool but also to make a short trips across Tuscany countryside, visiting nice towns nearby. Many thanks to the Hotel Manager for his help in time organisation.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Borgo Canallichio during my family vacation (with husband, my parents and my 2 y.o. child), and I must say it was an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's charm and tranquility. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional staff lead by Simonetta (the owner). The team at Borgo Canallichio is a true gem, always going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay for their guests. Their helpfulness and sympathetic nature made me feel instantly welcomed and cared for. They were readily available to answer any questions, provide recommendations, and assist with any requests. The pool area was simply amazing. Nestled amidst the lush greenery, it provided a serene oasis for relaxation. The beauty and cleanliness of the hotel were also worth mentioning. Overall, my stay at Borgo Canallichio was nothing short of perfection. The staff's hospitality, the stunning pool area, and the pristine beauty and cleanliness of the hotel all contributed to an unforgettable experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat with exceptional service. I cannot wait to return to Borgo Canallichio for another memorable stay in the future. The hotel owners are also the owners of the winery located on the other side of the road, which produces one of the best Brunellos in the region, thus, a wine tour can be easily arranged.

A comfortable, small hotel. Very cozy and clean room. A typical Italian hotel breakfast. There are parking spaces, but you can also miss them. We went to another city by car, when we came back the parking lot was full, but the quick staff created a parking space for us.

One of the loveliest holiday homes we've ever stayed in. Just down the hill from Pienza (about a 15 min walk) with amazing views of the south of the town. The inside of the house is cool and recently refurbished and the outside has a terrace facing Pienza in one direction and down into Val d'Orcia in the other. The house is surrounded by the hosts' farm and we were welcome to walk through the olive groves. The hosts, Marida and Maurizio, live just a few metres away and couldn't have been more hospitable and helpful (with the assistance of google translate).

These were very nice accommodations on every level. Well supplied for breakfasts and snacks. Spectacular views and easy walking to town...8 minutes to the entry with 15 minutes to town square. Very courteous hosts and lovely housekeeper.
