Everything was great. Great breakfast in lovely area of the hotel, nice room, free bicycles to go around city and even free food and Prosecco every day from 5-7. Position was fantastic as it is just on the edge of old city so you can use a car to arrive and park in hotel. Great staff. You can not find better place to stay

The room is literally brand new! Near tollgate so we can easily go to the nearby beach around 20 mins because we book for last minute we cannot find an affordable near the beach. But good thing because usually near the beach rooms they don’t have air condition. We really had a very good night sleep.. our room have two air condition units. A very affordable for the price. Thank you UGO.

We had an amazing holiday in Amerigo’s and Tatiana’s house. What a beautiful property. Although the property is away from the walls of the town, you do have services close to the house. The house is beautifully kept, modern and comfortable. We were only me and my husband but it can accommodate up to 6 people. It has a massive garden, parking space and a jacuzzi. Also an outdoor dining area and a BBQ. The bed was extremely comfortable!, and the rooms are huge!. It must be one the nicest places we have ever stayed in all this years, and if we come again next year for the Lucca summer festival, we will be looking to see if Casa Annuziata is available, as we know the place is worth it. Thank you to Amerigo and Tatiana for making our stay perfect.

Amazing, spacious villa apartment on the 2nd floor of a classical, but fully renovated villa, in the middle of a large garden, surrounded by similar villas and olive gardens, with a direct view on Lucca and the mountains. In only 8 mins we were at Lucca's city center. The hosts live in the same place, so when we needed anything, they could help us. We also had a large part of the garden to ourselves. The rooms are with central aircon, but we actually turned it off on the 2nd day, because it was possible to manage the temperature only by using the shades and letting the air circulate (well built house).

    Loved the location - the roof terrace at the hotel was a joy we spent a lot of time relaxing up there. Breakfast was nice with plenty of choice, the buffet and drinks were an added bonus! The bathroom was gorgeous - really spacious and bright. The hotel was spotless.
