Great location, a stone's throw away from the city centre. The place has a great vibe, and beautiful, nicely renovated, and spacious rooms. The rooms are very clean. Breakfast was great. The owners are super friendly and know a lot about their city. Therefore, they can tell you the best places to visit in L'Aquila to have a great time. I would definitely visit this place again.

We enjoyed the whole experience! Paulo was an excellent host. He was friendly and very helpful. The location was very good. A short walk to the Duomo Piazza and so many of the sights. The courtyard was quiet and there were chairs for us to sit and relax outside.

Very nice breakfast full of fresh fruit, bread, croissant, eggs, salami...large parking. Never s'en so large bedroom and bathroom. Staff +++. The man at réception helped us for tourism research (fountain 99) and gave us à very good adress for enoteca.

Our favourite stay in Italy. Adriano is a great host. The accommodation is better than in the photos, it is stunning. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Loved it here, so peaceful.
