Newly renovated apartment, tastefully decorated and in peaceful lake location. Great for small children. Animal sanctuary with exotic birds next door and visible from garden. Property manager was very attentive. Apartment had all necessary equipment for a stay with young baby.

wow! simply wow. the location is amazing, the breakfast outstanding and the hosts (who live next door) super charming and supportive at first, we thought it is a bit far off the lake but in the end, we loved it. it is the perfect spot for people who love to have an active day and a quiet evening - the view is breathtaking, to be enjoyed from the early morning until late evenings (sundowner past 8pm in August) we went on race cyling tours twice (the place is in the very heart of one of the best race cycling areas in Europe) and hiked the biggest mountain in the region (Legnone) - again, with the chalet being the perfect spot to start your trip at night we went to a recommended restaurant (10 min walking distance) and enjoyed typical local food in a small mountain village we loved it! mille grazie

It was an absolute delight to unwind in the warm waters Attentive Owner: Davide, the villa's owner, was incredibly attentive and hospitable. He made sure every detail was taken care of and was always available to assist with any needs or inquiries. His local knowledge was invaluable for exploring the area. Nearby Restaurant: Another perk was the lovely restaurant just across the garden. The food was exquisite, offering a range of delicious local dishes. Proximity to the Lake: The villa's location was ideal, being within walking distance of a beautiful lake. Overall, our experience at villa was exceptional. The combination of luxurious amenities, careful attention from Davide, and the charming surroundings made it a truly memorable stay. We highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a relaxing and luxurious escape!

    Amazing staff that are willing to help with everything. The food is amazing, breakfast and dinner, with local stuff. Location is also great, with a ferry closeby (20min walk). Also loved the animals there. The spa is amazing, with a jacuzzi, sauna, turkish steambath, cold plunge and relaxation area, all private. EV charger also a bonus.

    We felt comfortable in the family room for the 4 of us. The kids enjoyed the pool and lounge in the garden at the end of the afternoon. We bathe in the lake and enjoyed biking into town for dinner and to the agriculturismo for dessert. In the morning, we biked along the lake and found a better spot for a swim. Enjoyed our stay!

    Very nice location high above the lake Como. Silence, fresh air, birds singing, big room, nice bathroom, everything (including the dining room) very spacious, pretty close to the lake and with stunning sightseeing over the mountains, and over the lake Como (from the descending road towards the lake).
