Great location up on the hill. The room with an own balcony was great, with the views. Excellent breakfast with local specialities in a very cosy breakfast room. Unfortunately the villa's restaurant was closed on Thursdays so we could not try it but the near-by restaurant that the personnel suggested was excellent.

Our stay at Podere 1384 was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and well cared for. The manager, Andrea, was always available and incredibly helpful throughout our entire stay. He provided us with excellent recommendations for local restaurants and hidden spots in the area, which truly enhanced our experience in Tuscany. The entire team at Podere 1384 is outstanding – warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. You can feel that every guest is important here. A special thank you goes to Anetta from housekeeping, who took such great care of us when we encountered a small issue during our stay. The property is absolutely stunning – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. At times, we felt as if we had the entire hotel to ourselves. The pool area was often completely private, making it the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the serene surroundings. What truly sets Podere 1384 apart is the atmosphere. The moment you arrive, you feel at home. It’s a place where you can disconnect, relax, and recharge. Every detail, from the cozy rooms to the carefully prepared breakfast, is done with love. The breakfast was a real highlight – freshly made each day and served with such care and attention. We are already looking forward to coming back and making more memories at this magical place. Thank you again to Andrea and the ENTIRE TEAM for making our stay so special. Highly recommended!

The owners were very friendly and helpful, as we had some inconveniences and they made a Great effort to help us (they waited for us for a very late check in at 10.30pm, and let us stay in the pool until late on the last day, allowing a 2pm check out: very appreciated!). The location is perfect, the view stunning, overlooking a landscape right out of a fairy tale. The rooms are spacious and super comfortable, the building impressive, breakfast on the terrace and the ping pong table a nice surprise. Great hotel, great staff, we will come back. Driving up to the hotel is possible though challenging, we preferred to park at P2 and walk up the pedestrian street.

A spectacularly beautiful place with a view of Tuscany hills. The hostess, Francesca, welcomed us with a smile and gave us the best recommendations. The rooms are new, modern, and beautiful. The breakfast was excellent, and there's free parking provided by the property. We will definitely be back
