Fantastic house! Lovely view down to the distant steaming river. Fabulous hot tub outside. Very comfortable beds and furniture, well-equipped kitchen, nice bathrooms. Very kind, friendly and helpful host who lives in a house on the same site (with a very friendly and fluffy dog). Will definitely stay again.

Not only that the hotel served breakfast earlier to meet our travel schedule, the hotel owner went above and beyond to fix our broken car. He mobilised his network early morning so we could contiue our trip and catch the flight. We are grateful forever. BTW, we saw the Northern light from the house.

Very cozy, family house. It has everything you need, a bonus hot tub. The greenhouse has very tasty cherry tomatoes and cucumbers, many thanks to the hosts for the treat. It is necessary to note the kind dog that came to visit us. Being in the house there was a feeling of comfort and pleasure.

A lovely, quiet place to stay while travelling around this part of Iceland. Excellent staff from the receptionist that greeted us to the restaurant staff. They were so accommodating and treated our children so well. The spa was very relaxing!

Everything was perfect. The house was clean and the owner very helpful and fast to answer every question. The location is perfect for spotting the Northern lights as its in a small hill outside of the city. The jakuzi was a plus (although no bubbles). I would recommend.
