Lovely hotel, only stayed for a few hours cause my flight got canceled but the staff was great and helped me schedule a taxi for the return trip to the airport again. Loved the room, wish I would have stayed longer and would definetly stay here again!

the staff were just amazing. didn't catch any names but in particular the day staff on reception the 23rd/ 24th a man and woman and the 2 ladies serving breakfast on the morning of the 24th. they were so good with our toddler and she really warmed to them

Overall very aesthetic but pragmatic hotel with useful automatic or half automatic features in the room. Lovely staff, excellent short menu in Fawn restaurant and quiet rooms for weary travellers like us. No downsides, would definitely visit again. And yes, they offer gluten free and are aware of allergens - this was heightened by absence of carpet in the room: they have parquet!
