When we arrived at the Villa by horse and cart Ucup from the management team was waiting for us. He showed us around, provided information about the island, recommended things to do. Most importantly he provided his whatsapp number and was able to arrange anything we needed from more beers to e-bikes, even organising the horse and cart required to get us to the port for our boat back to lombok. The villa was clean, spacious, plenty of room, main bedroom has huge bathroom with a spa bath, has incredible amount of storage. It was just heaven and we are used to staying in high end hotels.

Staff at Paradise Villa was extremely friendly and helpful, they really want to make guests feel like home right from the arrival! Room was even nicer than what we expected, really clean and the bed was comfy. Pool was refreshing and the staff even offered us snacks and coffee when were staying there after a beach day! They also offered to fill in our water bottles there to help us avoid buying new plastic bottles all the time.

Rimba Villas is perfect if you want to stay a bit away from the crowded, beachfront areas. Our family got the 3-br villa, and we loved having all that space. When you get to the island, it's possible to walk from the pier, but if you have heavy, wheeled luggage, hiring a cidomo would be a better idea. If you have a lovely wife and kids, and you do decide to make them walk the 15 mins to the villa, at midday, along the semi-paved road, because the cidomo is asking for an extra 50k IDR, well, the villa comes with a nice massage shed in the garden where you can sleep if they lock you out. You'll also be further away from some popular restaurants and shops, but rental bikes are available nearby, and restaurants will deliver (have cash for this). We loved the staff, we loved our rooms (the 3rd bathroom is not ensuite), we loved that it wasn't a chlorinated pool, we were supposed to stay two nights but changed our itinerary last minute so that we could stay an extra night. We would definitely be staying here again.

Magical atmosphere, out of this world experience, lovely boutique-hotel located in a beautiful bay in Lombok, sea perfect for kayak, snorkeling and swimming. The coral was not exceptional but we saw beautiful fish and turtles a couple of times. We truly enjoyed the close location to the local village which made the experience truly authentic by getting to know the local people and their lives. The hotel is beautifully designed, spacious rooms with lovely interior, big swimming pool and a nice garden. High-end cuisine, though more local Indonesian options would be welcomed. The afternoon tea is a treat! Great spa, more massage choices would be great. Huge thanks to the whole reception team for everything, the driver for our trips, Sunan and Sultan for the great service, Zazu for the magical fishing experience. Staff felt like a big family with a true team spirit, never experienced similar anywhere before. We would definitely would like to come back again. Thanks, Thanks, thank again. We keep you in our memories
