Everything about Hotel Genggong was wonderful! We booked it completely by chance when heavy rain stopped all ferries to Nusa Lembongan, and what a lucky find. From grey skies we arrived to beautiful rooms with unforgettable ocean views, surrounded by birdsong and a serene garden. The location is perfect, right on the water yet close to Candidasa village. The pool is lovely and very clean, breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. We even enjoyed a relaxing massage on arrival and explored Candidasa’s unique black-and-white beaches with views toward the Gilis and Nusa Penida. A peaceful, memorable stay—highly recommended whether as a planned stop or a happy surprise.

The best thing here was the staff. Special thanks to Arumini and her husband Tatong for their warm and loving care. I think we have found a friend in them. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mr Tatong as a taxi driver to EVERYONE. This accommodation was our first stop in Bali of the 3 weeks and he arranged all our transport afterwards. With him you know you are safe and in good hands. He's very kind, helpful and knows the whole island. Thanks again for everything to both of you.
