Great staff, very polite and helpful, and speak excellent English, which isn't a given in Hungary. A room that meets all expectations - peace and quiet. Also, since I was leaving before breakfast was served, they offered to make me sandwiches for the trip. Thank you so much!

I can feel staff are trying to helpl and really friendly but they dont speak english which makes complicated in communication. Like i dont know what is included and what is charged even though i can feel they are honest but just i dont understand what was charged. Also i left message no need for dinner in room on my arrival day, i guess they are nice or dont understand my message, they still put dinner in my room and was wasted. I appreciate the gesture, but just check the message and that is not neccessary. No harsh feeling, just totally can be avoid misunderstanding
