We spent seven nights here with the family, and I can honestly say this was one of the best accommodations we’ve ever stayed at Greece. The host and their family, as well as the staff, were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The apartment was spotless, beautifully furnished, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The air conditioning was a lifesaver during the extreme heat—on some days it reached 49°C! The washing machine was a great addition, allowing us to keep our beach towels and swimsuits fresh and clean. The location is ideal: close to the city center and the beach, with restaurants and shops just a few steps away. Yet, the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet—we slept very well every night. The terrace was a lovely spot to sit and relax, whether in the morning or evening. The pool area, surrounded by sun loungers and citrus trees like lemon and lime, created a truly charming atmosphere. After returning from the beach in the evenings, we often enjoyed a refreshing swim in the pool. If we travel to Lefkada again, we’ll definitely stay here. This apartment is absolutely perfect in every aspect – we wholeheartedly recommend it!

The view was gorgeous, very clean room and pool also, a relaxing location. The bed is comfortable, good working AC and same with the mini fridge. We had breakfast at the accommodation and everything was fresh and tasty with many food options (buffet style). There are 5 taverns close to the location (5 minutes with car) and near the center of Nydri (10-15 minutes with car). Also, if you don’t have a car there are many options for renting a scooter or an atv. There is a parking lot in the yard and one in front. The stuff was so nice with us, if we will go back to Lefkada we will return to this location 🫶

Excellent Stay – Feels Like a Real Hotel! The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the beach and port (100m). Parking is conveniently available about 50 meters from the property. The rooms are spotless, with air conditioning in every room, a TV, a wardrobe, and a private balcon, internet Wifi free in apartment. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including a coffee machine, fridge, toaster, and utensils for cooking and dining. The bathroom is clean and stocked with fresh towels, shampoo, and shower gel—just like in a hotel. Cleaning is done every 3–4 days by the owner herself, which keeps everything fresh and tidy. The owner is incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if you need anything. I highly recommend this place—100% satisfaction!

    Location, villa, garden and views absolutely stunning! Fabulous combination of private waterfront, pool and hot tub and the balcony and seating areas all had incredible viewpoints. Lovely open plan kitchen and living space, comfortable bedrooms and the ground floor studio was great for the teenagers. Plenty of room for 7 of us to enjoy our stay. Sivota Bay is very pretty with wonderful places for food, drinks and boat hire, easily walkable too.
