During our delightful 7-night stay at Hotel Elessa in Santorini, my partner and I were treated to an extraordinary experience that exceeded even my discerning expectations. As someone who is meticulous about hotel accommodations and services, I was thoroughly impressed. Nestled amidst the picturesque landscape, Hotel Elessa boasts a breathtaking view of the mountains and enjoys an advantageous location in the serene city of Pyrgos. This tranquil and authentic Santorinian gem offers a local ambiance, in stark contrast to the bustling crowds of Oía. The hotel's strategic positioning adds to its charm, allowing for an immersive experience in the heart of the island's authenticity. One cannot help but be captivated by the hotel's impeccable service and genuine warmth. Each member of the staff contributed to our well-being, ensuring that every aspect of our stay was perfect. Firstly, we loved how welcoming the staff made us feel. All staff were very attentive and friendly, always willing to help. They gave us great suggestions for restaurants and beach club. We had a lovely room with a private pool with incredible views of the sea and mountains!! The place was so relaxing - it felt like a retreat. The area is very quiet and away from the crowds different to what you would expect in Oia. The pool side snacks were tasty , fresh and well priced. It was great to have breakfast delivered to our room daily - with a range of choices. We definitely can’t wait to come back!

Super nice and helpful hostess, always in touch online. Pleasant place, clean and quiet, lovely room design. It's a bit off the road, so having a car is strongly recommended. Fortunately, the hostess arranged a car for me.

Just everything was in place, sophia is a great host and really was caring about our experience, even helped us to plan our 4 days journey, she even called the companies for us like cruise sunset etc.. The location is 5 minutes walk from parking But the hotel managed to send us a guy to help carry the bag's to the room and vice versa when left. The hot tubs is just amazing, always hot and clean

Absolutely loved our stay at this cave villa in Santorini! The property was just perfect for a relaxing vacation with my boyfriend and a friendly couple. The highlight was definitely the beautiful terrace where we spent countless hours soaking in the breathtaking views and enjoy some great local wines (everyone visiting Santorini must try a Vinsanto!). The hot tub was a fantastic addition, providing the perfect spot to chill during the hot afternoon hours (make sure you use a lot of sun protection if you don't want to end up like a red lobster!) I have no words for our host, Nikos. He was incredibly helpful and friendly, all of his recommendations were top notch and he went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a fantastic place to stay in Santorini, this cave villa is a top-notch choice. Highly recommended!

    Excellent accommodation in the lovely village of Pyrgos. Everything was superb, especially the outdoor area with refreshing private pool and heated spa. Easy walking to good restaurants, and centrally placed on the island for exploring. The breakfast and snacks in the sky lounge (approx 5 mins away by car) were wonderful, all freshly cooked and made by the fabulous staff. We were welcomed with open arms and made to feel relaxed and spoiled.

    The personnel was adorable, really caring and available for any request. The room was comfortable and spacious, beautifully furnished, and the terrace was amazing, we took our breakfast there every morning. The jacuzzi was a real plus for relaxing and watching the sunset.
