What an amazing gem. This villa experience was top tier. The owner was so accommodating, very friendly, and helpful. the indoor & outdoor facilities were great, especially the bbq. The interior decor was unique in every room, clean and spacious, and the jacuzzi was one of many wonderful features, including the fireplace and mode lightening throughout. My guests thoroughly enjoyed their visit here. The local supermarket, restaurants, is 3 mins down the road. All it needed was an option to heat the pool and a large signboard on the main road, as you could miss the villa. The villa is best suited for a family/solo/couples as the main shower and toilet are located in the bedroom with the jacuzzi. But the villa also has an outside shower and toilet. I would highly recommend it and would stay again and again.

The hotel is brand new and absolutely stunning - just like the photos. We came for a romantic getaway, and during our stay, I proposed to my girlfriend . The hotel staff and the owners went above and beyond to help me plan the perfect proposal and created a truly magical experience for us. Everyone was incredibly kind, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. The design of the hotel is beautiful in every detail, and the view of the pool on the balcony is simply breathtaking. We’re already thinking about returning to Rhodes just so we can stay here again. Thank you so much for everything!

Room was nice, comfortable and big enough. I loved private pool and sunbeds, very beautiful, we spend two days only in our private terrace. Location is near road, but you can reach beach in about 15minutes walking and 10minutes walking to restaurant and bar street. The breakfast is tasty and of high quality, but everything was limited, and if several people are having breakfast at that time, then something may run out. But we were told that we can ask if we need anything.

THe most outstanding thing about this hotel was the staff. They were all so friendly and helpful. The food was also great, both the breakfast and dinners. We loved eating breakfast outside by the pool. The location was ideal for us - just a 5 minute walk to one of the gates into the Old Town.

Great place to stay during your Rhodes visit.Everything was perfect, Avli village house was clean and exactly like the photos.Jacuzzi was amazing!!!We also enjoyed a lot a wonderful ride into the village on bikes but what i loved most was having my breakfast in the beautiful yard listening to the sounds of nature!!! We stayed here with a group of friends and had an amazing time – not least because of our exceptional host. From the very beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, helpful, and always available when we needed something, without ever being intrusive. When one of our bags got stolen during the trip, he went above and beyond to support us – helping with the police, contacting the embassy, and even reaching out to nearby bars to try and recover it. We would’ve been completely lost without his help. He also took care of restaurant bookings, gave us great local tips for day trips and hidden spots, and generally made sure we had the best possible stay. The apartment itself was equally impressive – very clean, spacious, and well-equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking, the air conditioning worked flawlessly, and the hot tub was spotless, comfortably sized, and offered a beautiful sea view – a real highlight. Towels were provided, and the beds were freshly made once during our 10-night stay. The barbecue was fully functional and even had a prime zone that was perfect for steaks. We truly felt looked after and in good hands throughout our stay. Would book again in a heartbeat – absolutely recommended!

    We had a perfect stay at the Villa, it is so easy to get to from the airport and Stravos was very helpful with arranging taxis. The villa is a 3 min walk to the beach and there are local shops and restaurants dotted about. The highlight for us was the outdoor space, it was beautiful, we spent a lot of time enjoying the pool, loungers and outdoor dining spaces. Stavros was an amazing and helpful host, he helped us book taxis to get around the island for day trips and we had a wonderful time. I am sure we will be back!
