Absolutely fantastic hotel! Our room was beautiful and cleaned daily, which was such a nice touch. The hotel itself is modern, and we loved having a jacuzzi on the balcony to relax in after a hot day. It's in Agia Marina, and I think it has one of the best beaches around—completely sandy. Plus, the free sun beds and daily refreshed beach towels were great perks. The staff is incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome. They provide breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and there's even a waiter at the beach, so you can have food whenever you want. There were few people at the hotel since it's relatively small, which created a nice, cozy vibe. It's also close to water sports activities and the O Mylos Kerata restaurant, which is a must-visit. It's also pretty close to Chania and Kolymvari. The hotel offers airport transfers and can call a taxi for you to get to other places. We stayed for a week and had an amazing holiday. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the staff were truly exceptional – both at the hotel and the restaurant. Everything was perfect: the service, the smiles, the kindness, the cleanliness, and how easy and smooth everything was. Maria was fantastic, always very smiling and everyday she asked us if we were ok, and she wished us a pleasant day. The apartment was more than we expected, very fine shower and bed and very big refrigerator/freezer. The apartment and the hotel surroundings were very clean. Close to the Beach and a lot of restaurants closeby. Definitely a place we would like to visit again.

The breakfast was fantastic - always fresh, plenty of variety and local Cretan food always well represented. The food from Ouzaki was also very good. It's not allowed to 'reserve' sunbeds in this hotel - this is exactly as it should be! We never had a problem finding a spot at the pool or on the beach at any time of the day. The atmosphere was peaceful and quiet which was exactly what we wanted. No loud music or parties. Just some light live music by the bar in the evenings which was fine. The room was spacious and comfortable. We were told on arrival that we had been upgraded, which was a lovely surprise. We visited the spa twice during our stay. It was a wonderful experience on both occasions. Staff at reception are exceptionally efficient, helpful and welcoming. The location of the hotel is ideal. The bus to and from Chania town passes right in front and the stop is just a few seconds walk. The surrounding area also has fantastic restaurants. We were spoiled for choice. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and we hope that we will be lucky enough to visit again in the future!

Pure luxury! The hotel was of great help to us even before our arrival: sending the itinerary, booking excursions and restaurants. At check-in, Maria, a ray of sunshine, warmly welcomed us, and had prepared the spa for our visit, she recommended so many lovely places: beaches and restaurants. Always reachable by whatsapp, Maria will make you experience an extraordinary stay, in a wonderful hotel with sea view.
