    Facilities, room, surrounding area, friendly staff, good price. The pool was a bit smaller than I thought from pictures but is still a decent size. The jacuzzi and steam room was good too. The actual room I stayed in was great, plenty of space and very clean and tidy.

    Plenty of space in the room. Bathroom bedroom and liveing room. Was clean and relaxing. Not too much noise from other guests either. Spa facility was nice relaxing quiet during are visit. Reception was nice beutifull flowers at the front and always smelt nice when walking through to enter or leave. Not much of a golf player but other guests seems to enjoy that part of the experience.

    The majority of the staff were pleasant and helpful, the room was comfortable, spacious and quite well equipped although the bath was very small, but everything very clean as you would hope. service in the bar was good and the prices quite reasonable considering. While i do not have any mobility issues myself it does seem that they have thought about those that do with lifts and ramps throughout the main areas and to the rooms which i thought was very positive.

    The scent as you walk into reception is a nice floral aroma and nicely decorated. Very friendly welcoming staff. Rooms are nice, bar and restaurant staff very polite and helpful. A nice chill atmosphere in the lounge area. There are comfy seats and sofas everywhere. The Pool and spa are superb.

    The breakfast was lovely. Lots of choice of cooked food, pastries and fruit. The evening meal was amazing - we both had rump of lamb. Very good portion size with a mix of tasty vegetables and the lamb was tender and very flavoursome. Couldn’t have had better at any gourmet restaurant! The steam room and sauna were both great - very spacious and relaxing.

    Location. Reception area and lounge/restaurant and bar areas decor and spaciousness. Decent car parking. Two women that were on reception were nice, helpful and friendly.

    The hotel made for a good staycation location from London. It is pet friendly which was great as we could bring our dog with us. The staff are friendly, and the rooms were clean on arrival. The hotel was relatively quiet which is great for a spa/relaxing weekend. There was a pool, sauna, steam room and jacuzee, which was relaxing. The restaurant staff at breakfast worked really hard and were very polite depsite the rush around them.

    Easy check in, accommodated, on a ground floor room. The room was very spacious, with a lounge and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. There was TV in both the lounge and bedroom. The room was well equipped with ironing board, security safe, coffee machine, fridge. Breakfast was fantastic, with lots of choices- cereals., fruits, cooked breakfast, tea, coffee. All ideal stuff to start the day with a smile. Staff was helpful and generally good at dealing with quires.
