The staff were so so friendly. One girl in particular who was working in Carrie’s bar on Saturday night just beamed positivity and happiness. She was so lovely and was honestly a ball of sunshine! I couldn’t see her name tag but it began with a C and she was working with two other boys. She is a credit to the company, she just radiates good vibes :) Breakfast was fabulous. The pool and leisure centre is amazing and the fitting rooms are very neat and well thought out. We got upgraded to a suite which was such a treat!

My stay was excellent! The room, cleanliness amenities were amazing. I only wish it was closer to the city centre. Unfortunately, I cannot recall the name of the staff at the reception but both the staff members at the reception were extremely helpful and very hospitable. Our room was large and comfortable, and quiet. The king size bed was very comfortable. The staff made every effort to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was excellent (except for the coffee).
