Spacious room with views of the countryside and an incredibly comfy bed. Breakfast was lovely, staff very friendly and helpful. Shame we only stayed one night, so we didn't get to make use of the games room or the spa facilities. Would return for a longer trip.

Cabin was immaculate, very homely and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Really enjoyed all the little touches like towels, coffee, tea, washing up stuff, radio and games! Hot tub was incredible! Had a very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay again!

The place was so close to the center, very quiet and perfect for our stay. The owners left some breakfast for us which was nice. Great communication and they checked on us to see if everything was ok. Wonderful stay.

Cottage in a perfect location, just on the M6. Local Pub just around the. Corner Place is clean and tidy and staff very communicative Just the right place in the right place .

Lovely hotel, very easy to locate and plenty of parking. The pool and leisure facilities are very good and the restaurant provided delicious food, really enjoyable. Room was large and beds very comfortable. Staff were a delight and very helpful. Close to the Railway station which we needed the next day so great location and we were able to walk to the town. I enjoyed my time at this hotel and would recommend.

The accommodation has even more than you need! It was very clean on our arrival, there are two toilets, bath, shower, kitchen, tv, Wi-Fi, hairdryer, towels a lot of space for 4 people and privacy. The instructions were very clear of how to get there! From the location we could easily get to Helvellyn and Skyddaw mountains. If I would have a chance I would definitely book it again for my future weekend away.

It’s such a lovely spot for a really peaceful getaway. The rooms are nice and spacious, the hot tub’s great, and it doesn’t cost the earth either. There’s loads of parking, and the whole place is just so quiet and relaxing.

Offering a garden and mountain view, Langtonbury is situated in Appleby, 22 km from Whinfell Forest and 42 km from Bowes Museum.
