The house is very nice and comfortable, with everything you need to cook and enjoy. Good quality linens and the sauna and jacuzzi were a big plus after a day of walking in Mont Saint Michel.

We booked seven different places of accomadation for our road trip around Normandy in July 2024 and we would both agree that Chateau de Chambres topped them all. They have done amazing renovations to their chateau and have left nothing to their customers imaginations. Maria & Martin gave us an exceptional Irish/French welcome and the breakfast was truly amazing. They were both full of knowledge of the local area and provided us with useful tips of local places to visit, which was extremely helpful. We were very sorry we had only booked one night in this beautiful chateau and we would highly recommend it to our friends and families.

Located in a quiet rural premises a few minutes off the main road, very peaceful and calm. Very friendly and helpful owner, he gave us many good advices and help. Appartment is comfortable, with all the necessary kitchen utensils. Jacuzzi (it was already warmed when we arrived) is a really nice touch and great relief after long day of traveling/exploring. Swimming pool (covered and heated) is also great. An excellent base camp for exploring nearby attractions (Mont saint Michel ...).

    It was perfect! We made a spontaneous reservation and they were ready when we arrived 20 minutes later. We got a room at there collaboration hotel "Victor Hugo". Staff were at both places. Breakfast was good. Bed was perfect. Bathroom was perfect. It also has a little bar and lounge area. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

    The room and ensuite bathroom was very spacious. There were lots of channels on the TV There was foldable luggage table for my bag. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a lovely garden to sit in and it was close the train station.

    The place is very clean and it's equipped with all the facilities we need. The beds are comfortable. The jacuzzi and sauna are also amazing. The host is super friendly and communicate and explained things to us very patiently. She also waited for us even though we were later than our planned arrival time.

    The house is beautiful - much nicer than pictures. Very large - lots of space. Everything there you would need for a relaxing holiday. Hot tub was great. Extremely clean - spotless. Felt like we were the first guests to stay there as everything was so new. It’s very remote - a car is essential - but it’s very quiet. The church bells which start at 7am are loud - but you get used to it. You can see St Mont Michel from bedroom windows.
