We arrived here after cycling in the rain for hours. The place was perfect to get dry and warm and make ourselves a nice meal. The fireplace was amazing! Also the bed was very comfortable.

The highlight of our Pyrenees trip. To our total surprise this turned out to be the most charming experience, our host Frederique and his wife Veronique pulled all the stops to make this an unforgettable experience. Frederique, a producer of Armangnac, shared his vast knowledge and immersed us in the local culture and business, including a tasting of different ages of Armagnac. His wife served a splendid dinner, shared with a couple from Belgium, in the garden courtyard. The room and toilet in the historical building were large, renovated with care and oozed plenty of charme. The pool was great, plenty of lounge chairs in a wonderful garden setting. Not the least we were spoiled with a fantastic view of the Perseides that night.
