The private hot spa is amazing! We enjoyed it so much. The glass roof allows us to see the sky and trees while at bed, it is fabulous! The staff are very helpful and considerate. Our flight delayed so we arrived at the hotel almost at 10pm. We were afraid to miss the dinner, but the hotel still offer dinner for delayed guests. So nice! The communication before arrival also went very well.

The setting was absolutely beautiful. Gorgeous snow and scenery. Very quite area. The rooms were stunning, had everything we needed. Very friendly, homely feeling. Its a family run hotel, the lady who was working the days we were staying was so friendly and helpful. She went out of her way to chat to our kids about there days trips and what plans they had when she would meet them outside. Taxis are about 30euro from the hotel to Santa Claus Village & City Centre.

Very friendly owners. The place is very nice. Brand new, modern systems used. Parking under roof, Sauna and pool outside. You really feel comfortable there. Close to the city markets (and ambulance around the corner if needed :) ). Bedroom with low ceiling, but just let it be so. I didn't feel bad about that, but read others comments that it is minus. You come there not to live in bedroom, but sleep during night. Ceiling in Santa village Elf's room is also low and no one is crying because of that!

Awesome house. Very friendly host. Tero explained everything and even came and cleaned the show from the outside of the house. Sauna was amazing. Even had underfloor heating. No cold feet

    We had a wonderful stay in the chalet. The location is nice and quiet, it's cozy and the view of the frozen lake is beautiful. We even got to see the northern lights! Easy check-in. About 20 min drive from Rovaniemi city, so better if you have a rental car (which I generally recomment when going to this area). We even took a typical Finnish ice bath and went to the outdoor jacuzzi afterwards - what a great experience!

    Absolutely stunning house in an incredible location - gorgeous views all around, loads of space and everything you could need for cooking and enjoying your stay. We loved the jacuzzi and sauna, and our kids had the best time using the sledges and playing in the snow in the garden. I want to be back there now!

    This place is absolutely amazing with a stunning view overlooking the lake. The house offers plenty of space and it was incredibly warm and quiet. The jacuzzi and sauna were my favorite spots. The house was well-equipped, and the owners even provided fishing gear for the frozen lake. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to have a wonderful time

    Beautiful waterfront house with ample space, a jacuzzi, a wooden sauna, two bathrooms, and cozy bedding. The house was clean, but it's just a shame that the owner didn't have time to unload the dishes from the dishwasher.Special thanks to him for the jacuzzi that was already prepared. It's a perfect place for an extended stay, and the location is excellent. We stayed with six people for one night, and everyone was delighted.

    Our group of 6, has lots of space and rooms . Facilities are incredible . Within in house sauna , a laundry room, even a outdoor jacuzzi and sauna and barbecue hut for a fee. A huge living hall , 2 dining halls . it’s an awesome house to stay. It is by the side of a river with lovely scenery .
