Everything. Food was excellent. Service was at the highest level. Verona, Verde Mar, El Mirador “a must” for dinner. Room was cleaned for 2 times per day. The hotel has a great location.

The host was great. Lovely large apartment, just as described, with large balcony and view of sea and sunset. Short walk to small beach, port and coastal walk. Nearby LIDL was great for self catering and plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, but resort was peaceful which was what we wanted. Loved being so near to Los Gigantes.

Everything was perfect, the pool, the master bedroom, the set up, the view, the host! The place is like a dream, you have to honestly visit it in person to capture the true beauty of the property, the cleanliness is on another level every time we came back to the property it just maintains a very fresh lovely smell, the host is absolutely lovely she helped us with everything and sent cleaners for the house and pool throughout the stay, the pool is so clean I saw a pigeon drink water from the side, it was like a movie. Definitely will have to return for longer as the place was surreal. The location was perfect for us its remote and quiet but also not much further than a 15/20 min drive to wherever we wanted to go. Words can’t explain just how beautiful this place is, i must say the pool was so unique i’ve never seen a design like it before 10000/10 just perfect!

A well equiped villa suitable for families, on a beatiful location. You can even see the sunset over the ocean from the terrace! The way the rooms were arranged perfectly suited our family's needs. The host was very friendly and helpful, even when we asked for help to solve a situation unrelated to the booking.

It was absolutely beautiful, the view of the mountains were insane! Every part of the hotel is perfect, from the pool areas, to the buffet, the spa, gym and rooms. One of the nicest hotels I’ve been too and I would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay here. It was my husband’s birthday, and they kindly upgraded our room, which was modern, clean, and well-equipped with a beautiful view. The breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of tasty options, and the staff was very attentive. Although we didn’t use the pool, it looked nice, and the complimentary parking was a pleasant touch. Overall, we were very satisfied and would be happy to stay with Hard rock hotel again.

Everything!!! What a beautiful, well thought out place, you can tell a lot of effort has been put into these villas to make them exceptional and different to others!! Super clean and the view is beautiful!! Please don’t be put off by the building work, we nearly didn’t book because of it but it isn’t loud and doesn’t affect your stay at all! Yes there is building work to the right of you but when you’re looking forward in the hot tub and that BEAUTIFUL view there’s not room for complaints :) we will absolutely be back. If we win the lottery we would buy one in a heart beat! Stunning, just stunning. Thankyou xx

Villa Aloe is amazing full of all possible amenities. We have found a fresh environment with a modern design. The view from the ground floor is fantastic and is priceless at sunset moment of the day and all rooms are equipped with air condition that is easy to set and automate. The exterior is in perfect condition with sun loungers by the pool and a dining area equipped with an excellent barbecue. The villa was perfectly clean upon our arrival, and the hostess, Melanie, was ready to meet all our requests quickly and kindly. There is a construction site across the street, but the noise was not too bothersome thanks to the villa's soundproof windows.

    Kerry and Dean are lovely people with a warm heart and they want to give their guests a great experience. The jacuzzi is amazing. I highly recommend reserving it at sunset, it will be a wonderful experience. Also the village San Juan is close by, and wonderful. There are some house rules that keep everything structured such as not bringing food in and drying towels on the drying rack. Everything is sparkling clean, and if you have a question Kerry is always available on WhatsApp and happy to help where possible.

    We liked the location, the view on the sea from the property, the hot tube, the great BBQ with lovely firewood provided as part of the rental price, the overall outdoor space with always both a sunny and shadowy area, the ability to park the car inside, the compactness of the property limiting the amount of cleaning at the end it's small but as a couple it's enough knowing you spend most of your time outside anyway, the village nearby that has everything you need including a CSC and finally the bed which was comfy

    Lovely hosts, very confortable matress, everything pristine clean and new, loved the roof top jacuzzi (had a bubbly session while watching the starry sky at night)! Liked the confortable huge bathroom. Good price for accomodation.

    Kerry & Dean are awesome hosts. The reception was really nice, the house & rooms are clean and there is even a Jacuzzi to relax in. The best part was: they made me feel like I was part of their home. Chatting with me, giving tips for sightseeing and checking in how I was doing (when I got back home). Meanwhile also arranging breakfast, putting drinks for me in the fridge and so much more. Very highly recommended!
