The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

The room was clean and cleaned daily which is a very important aspect for us. The staff was very friendly as they helped us out with what to visit and where to go on the island. The breakfast had a lot of variety, with high-quality products. We spent a lot of time at the pool and the terrace bar, overall a great atmosphere.

Best hotels deliver excellence, literally..in general, a GREAT hotel team! The staff, certainly make the difference: friendly and efficient. Also, the infra structure of a new hotel, and their 4 restaurants with quality meals. Even the pool restaurant for example, I tasted a delicious Cesar salad (better than the one I had in a Four Seasons Hotel) and breakfast buffet with fresh smooth juices, etc… The place is perfect for a family holiday trip. The room has a spacious4 doors wardrobe, a high cabinet and plus a storage cabinet under the luggage rack. comfortable bed. Thank you Zafiro Palace Palmanova for your lovely and efficient hospitality.

Overall the perfect place to stay when visiting Mallorca - a reasonable walking distance to both Palma Nova and Portals Nous, which are the bit more tourists areas. But also very close to one of the best beaches (personal opinion) and the “puerto portals” which definitely is worth a look. the bus stop to the airport, Palma and basically anywhere else, is just 3-4 minutes walk from the hotel, and shops are just around the corner. The hotel itself are super comfortable in every way - amazing breakfast, chill area and especially the pool area. The rooms are spacious and nice, and the staff are super friendly. In general it’s just the vibe that makes everything super comfortable ;)

    Lovely modern hotel, beautifully decorated with a spacious outdoor pool area looking at the sea with plenty of sun bathing loungers. The staff were all helpful cheerful and polite. The hotel kept clean all the time with a fresh smell in rooms and corridors. Rooms are lovely with a panoramic sea view, watching the sun rise every morning was priceless. I loved the straw hats and beach towels provided. The restaurant is spacious serving breakfast & buffet at night.
