Everything was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a lovely gift for my birthday too🍾🥂 it's on the photo. I adore the pool and jacuzzi. They were warm, clean and lovely. My father and I spent hours lounging around them and enjoying the water. I love that each room comes with a balcony too. It's very convenient. And the sea view was lovely. There was a variety of food and a huge range of desserts. Both breakfast and dinner are buffet style. Which I prefer because it allows me to pick what I want. There was always an offering of fresh fruits too. The location is super convenient. The beach is literally 5 minutes away and there are any shop you need in walking distance. Overall, 10/10 recommend.

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. We were in a villa with jacuzzi & had a fantastic sleep every night thanks to the huge cloud soft bed & blackout blinds. The view from our terrace was fabulous. The room was very clean. The staff were all so friendly and we loved the little touches - a glass of bubbles on arrival, giving out watermelon by the pool etc. One thing I loved about this hotel is that unlike lots of other resorts, there were plenty of sun loungers so we didn’t feel like we had to compete for space. We loved the pool area, which felt like it was set in a garden - lots of trees and greenery etc and the cocktails from the pool bar are reasonably priced. We enjoyed the pools so much that we barely left the hotel. We were very impressed with the breakfast & had an enjoyable meal in the property’s Italian restaurant one night too. The location is a bit further out so we had a long walk or an e scooter ride to restaurants etc. The beach is a short walk down a big hill but that wasn’t a problem for us.

People very attentive, they are there to help you with everything. Very good food, very large variety and the main food was different every day. Everything clean and beautiful. My plane was at 18.00 o'clock and they let me stay in the room, to use all the facilities and to have lunch, prolonging check-out until 15.00 o'clock.

the food was great, the personnell lovely, always helpful and friendly, espcially bar staff and the mini club staff. all really lovely. food had a great variety and entetainment at night was good too. some of the enternatiment was better than others, but alsways a great atmosphere. swimming pools were great, but perhaps parts of it needed to be shallower for small kids

    Everything. Great location, nice and quiet but plenty of buses to take you wherever you want. Plenty of bedrooms for the larger family and 3 bathrooms, 1 had a jacuzzi. Bedlinen spotless,.plenty of towels both for baths and for the hot tub and swimming pool. Well equipped kitchen.Excellent customer service. Can't wait to go back again later in the year.     The apartment was very nice , 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms, plenty of space , balcony fantastic about 25ft by 20 , great views from the third floor , also sun was there all afternoon until 7pm Breakfast quite good, entertainment on every nite, good pool , plenty of sun loungers
