Everything was amazing! Staff was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was fantastic! We loved the sea view from the balcony. The style was great. The kitchen had everything what we needed. The location is closed to the south airport.

People very attentive, they are there to help you with everything. Very good food, very large variety and the main food was different every day. Everything clean and beautiful. My plane was at 18.00 o'clock and they let me stay in the room, to use all the facilities and to have lunch, prolonging check-out until 15.00 o'clock.

A wonderful family hotel! The rooms were very clean, with daily housekeeping. The food was absolutely delicious — everything, from the ingredients to the baked goods, was always fresh and tasty. The hotel grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The heated pool was perfect, even on cooler days, making swimming enjoyable no matter the weather. There were fun entertainment shows every day at the pool and in the restaurant in the evenings — we were never bored! The staff were very professional and efficient. The service in the restaurant was especially impressive — the waiters worked incredibly fast and managed to be everywhere at once. Everything ran like clockwork. The hotel is located a bit away from the city, so if you want to stroll along the promenade, it’s about a 20–30 minute walk. However, taxis in the city are very cheap — around €7 from the promenade to the hotel. The beds were very comfortable, and the bed linens were soft and pleasant to sleep in. Unfortunately, the hotel has poor sound insulation. We often heard sirens from ambulances or police cars on the nearby road, as well as the noise of passing traffic. It’s possible our villa was too close to the road, and other accommodations might be better in terms of soundproofing. You can also hear everything from the neighboring rooms — even people snoring! That said, it didn’t ruin our experience. We still thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely come back again. We highly recommend this hotel for families with children!

    Very clean and spacious, roof terrace with jacuzzi, ground terrace with couch and table. Good location, beach ideal for any surfing, town within 10 minutes walk. For 8 people ( 4 bedrooms), well equiped kitchen. Exceeded our expectations.

    Apartment was very well quipped and finished. There are 3 floors - Ground-garage, 1st living room/ kitchen/bathroom, 2nd bedrooms/bathroom. Both first and second floors had additional outdoor spaces lovely to sit out in mornings and evenings. Two pools and very clean and quiet.

    The jacuzzi was good, and the villa has obviously once been really nice. It is light and comfortable, with a great outdoor space, very close to the beach.

    Spacious house with 4(!) bathrooms with beautiful garden. All kitchen stuff that you need is there. Nice and quiet neighborhood with 2 beaches at walking distance. Pool guy coming twice a week to clean the pool and the jacuzzi. Nice walk to El Medano city. Communication with theoretisch agency is great!
