Our stay has been exceptional and we will definitely come back. Everything, from the lovely and attentive staff to the amazing breakfast, the great choice of restaurants and its amazing food, the comfortable rooms, the great beach, the live music in the evenings, has exceeded our expectations. Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. Thanks to them, every moment felt special <3 We also enjoyed the spa, and contrary to some reviews, it was a wonderful experience. A special thanks to Amani for her excellent care.

I'm going to take the time to answer this survey and give my opinion from the experience and with sincerity and without exaggeration, I'm going to list the positive points: the hotel and its facilities are incredible, you can see and highlight everywhere the cleanliness and the number of people who strive to keep the hotel clean and impeccable, everywhere you see an innumerable number of people working, it's really incredible, we felt very well looked after, at the reception they speak to you in German or English. From the moment you arrive at the reception you can notice the professionalism of the people, we arrived a little early, the room was not ready but they offered us to come to breakfast and after this the room was ready without any problem with check-in times, you arrive at the room and you find a giant suite, with a refrigerator and a giant bathroom and very comfortable beds, there is a remarkable space in the rooms, and the products they use in the bathroom like shampoo and soap are of good quality, the people who make up your room make an effort to bring you welcome food like fruits and desserts and every day they decorate your bed with lights or in my case one day they made a crocodile with the towels, really magnificent. You go to the main restaurant and it is a huge restaurant full of a variety of food everywhere and full of workers who make sure the experience is incredible, congratulations, the food to our taste was excellent flavor and the cuts of meat were very fine, variety every day and fresh and delicious food, thank you, they have several pools for adults and children, and a great water park for the little ones, the beach area was very clean and quiet, and the training activities especially at night along with dinner made the day end in a phenomenal way

    Absolutely brilliant. We booked the deluxe jacuzzi room with the honeymoon package for our honeymoon and we’re upgraded to the jacuzzi suite. The room was beautiful and very very spacious staff were really nice and the resort itself is very clean and well thought out. I would definitely be back.

    Lobby area. Beach is one of the best in Hurghada I really recommend! Sun loungers were very comfortable! Food was good. Staff were very good. Internet is working perfectly in all resort area. We got free upgrade to Chalets which were amazing. The room was very big and spacious, same as balcony. We had side sea view. Big bathroom. I recommend going to massage, it was perfect.

    The Hotel Spa offers something for every holidaymaker! Specialties from a wide range of themed restaurants. Relax by the pool or private beach. The rooms are well equipped, although the bathrooms are a bit old. Many thanks to Mr. HANNA who took care of all our wishes. We felt very comfortable again.
