We stayed just one night on our way home - the hotel was perfect for our needs, the location was perfect - just minutes off our route, the room was lovely and clean, beds were comfy, the restaurant was amazing! Both the dinner and the breakfast were perfect traditional and modern German food.

Great destination, great view from terrasse of the room. The room is really nice, clear with such a comfortable bed. Nothing to improve there (only fridge didn't work a the room). The restaurant was amazing, waitres were professionals and on the breakfast there were a many choices between food.

We had a lovely stay at Friedrichsruhe. From the first moment, our experience was outstanding. We got a room upgrade to a beautiful room in the "Schloss". The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was so friendly and helpful, The spa is stunning, and one of our highlights was we got to drive the AMG EQS from the hotel. The property is very well maintained and does not look old, despite the more "classic" feel. We totally recommend the hotel. It's perfect for a retreat in the german countryside.
