They had upgraded our room for free on arrival. However, the best thing was that I had an accident on the 2nd night and they helped call the ambulance, got a chair from their offices so that I can sit and be pushed out since there were no wheel chairs, and was willing to be helpful if needed. Thank you so much.

the night shift receptionists florian bezbrra uoop helped us so much, he was so helpful and his hospitality was great and he helped us right away without hesitation, he and fabian thiemann were very kind and elegant, thanks a lot and if we came again to cologne, we would definitely come to this hotel , yes a lot will argue the price of the hotel and that's what we felt first, but when we saw how luxury the hotel is and how helpful the workers are, it is 100% a steal(i mean it is very worth it)

Conveniently located, this spacious room allowed for perfect relaxation and also easy to get to access. The shop below was very convenient and being a 5 min walk to the train station was also very handy. With the kitchen giving you an option to eat in if you’re on a budget, I would highly recommend this for anyone wanting to do Köln on a budget but also to be comfortable

This is a great apartment. Very clean and tidy with good space. Using codes to enter made it easy for check in. With a supermarket and pub near by it was very convenient. The location is great which makes it easy to get around as well. Would highly recommend.
