An idyllic hotel with sublime staff and top location. Highly recommended place if you’re visiting the city. From reception, to service team, they were all just amazing. Very helpful and friendly people who have done their best in their hands to make us feel like at home. The breakfast was of a wide range, the pool was always quiet, and the rooms kept at high standards -although perhaps they need a bit of an update-.

Wonderfully located and luxurious design. Fabulous rooftop with equally fabulous food and pisco sours. Good gym (big!)/spa. Tasteful à la carte breakfast. But the best thing are the members of staff: all extremely friendly and going out of their way to help.

Very comfortable for all nine of us! Only time we felt crowded was in the kitchen. Comfortable beds and very warm. Water pressure was strong, almost too strong, have to turn it on very slowly.

The breakfast is actually so good! It’s on a very cute neighborhood and I felt safe here. A nice pool in the back and I’ve been traveling for 4 months, I had the most comfortable bed here. I had a private room and the wifi actually worked.

This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!

The room was excellent. Stylish, clean and well appointed. The roof terrace was terrific with a great view of the surrounding area with the snow capped Andes in the distance. The Spa too was great and we loved the huge bed. We also loved how close it was to the park. All the staff were terrific.

    I had a really nice relaxing time there. The pool is great and also the places to chill around! They offer a hour jacuzzi for free and also a cinemaroom for watching netflixfilms. The kitchen is clean and nice, the bathrooms with soap and warm water. The bedsheets, pillars, matress were so comfortable - I slept like a baby :)
