The whole experience was excellent especially Jeanne who attended to us at the reception when we came to check the hotel. Very wonderful and warm staff. The infinity pool is something else....very lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We had a very positive experience, everyone was so friendly. A special thanks to the staff at the restaurant (Fatim and Celestine) they were adorable and always smiley. They deserve a rise or a promotion, they are the leaving proof of excellent customer service. The security Koné was also friendly and did not hesitate to assist whenever we needed him. Another gem is the guy offering Aqua gym lessons, he was simply amazing.

    Breakfast was comprehensive . Enjoyed outside with view of lush greenery and garden away from public eye. Despite being in the middle of a bustling part of the city, once beyond the exterior walls you are met with tranquility and peace. lovely area to lounge and relax. Really friendly and helpful staff and some great art work. Amazing find!

    BNB Spa Hotel has an outstanding value for money. The staff is very friendly and was always available to help out with any questions. The rooms very spacious and clean. The Spa was amazing! The services offered there are of high quality and we spent a very relaxing evening there.

    Newly renovated hotel, nicely decorated, location close to supermarket and busy street. Overall quiet location. Very clean, comfortable beds, daily room service and laundry service available. Spacious bathroom. Friendly elderly security guard and cleaning personnel. Possibility to store luggage at the hotel after check-out.
