The property is set in a stunning area. Whilst Switzerland in general is extremely picturesque, you cannot beat the views which are on your door stop. You are set on Lake Zug with views of the surrounding mountains. Whilst slightly off the beaten track it is easy accessible with the train station a short 5 minute walk away with good connections. Not that you’d know because you don’t hear the trains! You can swim in the pool or take a swim in the lake or even better… paddle boarding! The outdoor area is well decorated with the sun setting down throughout the day. The property itself is designed for couples but is well designed, clean and modern. The host is happy to be contacted throughout the stay. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again despite being on the pricier side which I think is currently a fair value.

Set in Oberägeri, Hotel Ländli offers direct lake access on the shores of the Ägerisee glacial lake. It features a spa and wellness centre, an indoor pool, and free WiFi in public areas.

A great hotel in a beautiful location with a magical view of the Lake of the Four Cantons. Elegant suite with lake view and beautiful bathroom. Tasty breakfasts and sensational surroundings. Pool, spa area and sauna. Plus the beautiful architecture of the building. Smiling and helpful staff. We stayed longer and would love to return !!!

The luxurious Park Hotel Vitznau right at the banks of Lake Lucerne has been entirely renovated in 2012 and 2013 and features its own private beach, 2 restaurants, a large spa area and free garage...

The breakfast was a la carte, and very quick. The surprise call when we were boarding the ferry to inform of the complimentary pick up was wonderful, (I'd somehow missed this option). The walk up through the forest behind the hotel was lovely. Most importantly the room, hotel and spa facilities were incredible.

Aside from the very good location (very near to the Einsiedeln Monastery Abbey), the Hotel has excellent service. Their hotel staff are very accommodating and very helpful during our stay.

The Art Deco Hotel Montana offer rooms as well as luxurious spa suites with panoramic views of Lake Lucerne, the city and the Alps.

Newly renovated in 2014, the Hotel Beau Rivage Weggis is located right on the shore of Lake Lucerne.
