The hotel has a good view and is very quiet. There are no other hotels around. The front desk is very friendly and upgraded the room for us. The breakfast is delicious. We have cooked delicious food after travelling in the past few weeks. It's a pity that we don't have time to experience dinner and SPA. The wine is also great.

Warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean room with unobstructed panoramic views over the entire valley. Hotel is very well situated, just a short walk from the train station. Beautiful welcome upon arrival. Excellent breakfast/dinners with service that was attentive, professional and friendly. Lovely dining room with breathtaking views. A bit old, but well well-maintained Hotel. Was doubting regarding the dinner, but recommend just taking the recommended 5-course dinner. The food was way better than expected. The room is comfortable. The breakfast was really good, good products. No need for pre-booking of SPA. nice time after skiing. Very good view.

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. I would give them 1000 out of 10. To all guests, just book with them, and you won't regret it at all. By the way, they gave me once I checked out, a nice gift to remember them forever.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
