Very chic hotel with amazing view. Great spa area. Breakfast is good, many kinds of pastry, but as for vegetables there were only tomatoes. We’re traveling with a dog and it was so nice when we enter the room and saw small treatments for our pet, as well as a special towel. Defiantly would like to come back. Great spa area.

I was initially drawn to your hotel because of its impressive location and breathtaking room views. However, what truly made my stay unforgettable was your exceptional staff. They say that a hotel is only as good as its staff, and I couldn't agree more. Your staff captured the heart and soul of Switzerland, and it was evident in every little detail. From the moment I stepped into your hotel, I was greeted with warm and genuine smiles. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were always available to assist me with anything I needed, and they did so with such grace and hospitality. It was clear that they genuinely cared about their guests and took pride in their work. What made your staff truly unique was their ability to make me feel like family. I have been living in Switzerland for quite some time now, and I have come to know the warm and welcoming nature of the Swiss people. However, your staff took it to another level. They made my stay feel like I was visiting family, and I cannot thank them enough for that. I must mention that I was going through a tough time during my stay. It was my birthday, and I was feeling sad and lonely after a recent breakup. However, your staff's kindness and warmth made me forget all my troubles. Even the friendly band that played every night was so welcoming, and it truly touched my heart.     Very modern row house with a big terrace and small garden, bbq and jacuzzi. Our stay was great and my family enjoy it. Location was great, just in front of the lake with a small and almost no traffic, mostly pedestrians, street in between. Village not far with supermarkets, restaurants, etc. in Switzerland and Italy.
