It was a busy night but the staff was friendly and the room was clean and quiet. The pool was packed (we didn't go in although the water slides looked fun!). The fitness center was small but had a treadmill, free weights, and a bar and plates. Breakfast was hot and very good. Great stay!

Spotlessly clean, large room, excellent shower. We were able to get an early checkin and leave cases in room while we took our hired car back. Front desk staff were very helpful.

Very comfy beds, the spa bath was a nice way to relax after a long day of driving. Clean and quiet.

Very nice hotel in the middle of downtown. Rooms are beautifully decorated and clean. The hotel has a nice restaurant .

Great location, easy access to downtown. Staff were incredibly helpful. We only stayed for one night so couldn't make use of any of the facilities but enjoyed having the possibility to go anyway.

From the Manager Mr.Devan to the staffs and crews (reception, restaurant, service room,housekeeping and waterpark) they are all great, nice, and accommodating. They made my hubby's birthday a special one. The room is so nice, clean and comfy. The waterfront so fun that my kids loved the slides and the water effects. The foods are so delicious. I highly appreciate the efforts of Mr. Devan and the crew especially who organized for our room for also putting some decorations for my husband's bday.

The hotel is exceptional. This is the second time I have stayed in a single, with King bed, full kitchen, etc. and it was wonderful. The room feels like "home" and I can't believe I am saying that, because it is so unusual to write those words. I have strongly recommended the Renaissance Inn in Regina to my colleagues.
