The staff were simply exceptional! So friendly, helpful and kind. The room was so comfy and plenty big for my teenager and I. The Niagara Outlet Mall right across the Hotel was also an excellent discovery. All in all, superb place to stay.

Everything about this B&B exceeded our expectations. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the attention to detail was impressive.     Spa facilities were great, well maintained and service was very good. Hot springs was extremely relaxing and uncrowded Both indoor and outdoor pools including hot tub were clean and the surrounding area were well maintained

    The outdoor pool was heated with a gas fire poolside. The indoor pool was lovely with real palm trees inside and a hot tub poolside. The spa was lovely, wonderful staff enjoyed my mani/pedi immensely. Th outside mineral hoy springs waterfall hot tub through and past the spa was gorgeous very warm and relaxing but outside. Loved the food in the Cannery restaurant on site. Celebrated a family birthday did not have to leave all day or eve everything was there. Loved it very much!

    The room was beautiful and spacious I loved having a jacuzzi in the room as well as a fireplace and sitting area. The day at the spa was amazing! Martha gave me a massage that was out of this world and I had a facial with Yvonne. I loved being in the hot springs at night while it was snowing. t was the most relaxing trip I've had in years and will be back soon.

    Lovely property with extra touches (snacks, bottled water, makeup pads, etc). Beautiful decor (nature/wildlife photography), friendly owners, large bathroom with spa tub. Hot tub in backyard operating in winter despite icy conditions (side path was slippery). Hosts were very accommodating and breakfast was good.
