We had an amazing stay in Dobrinishte and I highly recommend the hotel! The hotel provided excellent service, comfortable rooms, and a beautiful mountain view. The excellent location just 7 km from Bansko and 45 minutes drive to Gotse Delcev, as well as the proximity to beautiful ski trails, the forest, springs with mineral water, the center of Dobrenishte, the waterfalls of St. Nikola and many more places to explore, makes this hotel the right choice for a vacation. Hygiene is at a high level. Bathrobes are provided for the pools and the spa.

The hotel has beautiful interior - nice paintings, interesting sculptures, cozy seasonal decorations, soft sofas, tasty candies in reception area. It also has pretty nice view - mountings on one side and forest on the other. Staff was polite and attentive. It was my mother's birthday and they brought bottle of champagne and some fruits into her room - it was very hospitable. Everything was really clean - reception, spa, rooms. We stayed just for 2 days, but housekeeping still cleaned our room and even brought more water (and candies 😊). Also, rooms had soft beds, two pillows and 2 blankets, even in double bed room (which we really appreciated), very soft towels and comfy bathrobes. And different shower modes were nice. Food was great. It was a bit cold, but it could be because we came almost at the end of the breakfast. Plus, a lot of food is organically produced from hotel's own farm. Also, it had some interesting food choices (like smoked fish for breakfast, unusual ice cream tastes, carrot-apple-beetroot juice, corndogs...). We especially loved all chicken dishes, round buns and butter croissants. Spa was just amazing. We never felt so relaxed. Not one room was neglected - steamed rooms were always steamy, saunas were always hot, room for relaxing always had water with lemon. Our favourite facilities were hammam, outdoors pool with jacuzzi and 80° sauna. We also booked massage for my mother and she loved it. All of her stress just melted away.

We absolutely loved everything. The room had a view of the mountains and was very comfortable. The spa was fantastic! We also booked massages which were amazing. The breakfast was good and all staff were very friendly. The shuttle took us into town but it wasn’t too far to walk when the shuttle wasn’t running.

    The staff was very helpful and welcoming. We stayed at the chalet next to the hotel, which is great for a couple-we really liked the privacy that came with it as well as the delicious meals just on a minute walk to the restaurant. The SPA center was really nice. There weren't many people so we really relaxed. We would definitely visit again

    The location is extremely beautiful, green and nice. The food was not perfect but good. The spa was working which is very nice after a long walk at the mountain. The relax room was amazing. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. If you have children it is the right place .

    The spa facilities (sauna, steam bath, swimming pool) are very good. Moreover there is a playground for football and tennis. The complex is very spacious and offers great opportunities for outdoor activities.
